Midway Auto Dealerships of Kearney are currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative to work in our Business Development Center (BDC). This is crucial position which answers phone calls for all the dealerships within a centralized call center. This is a fast paced position with little down time. Candidates should possess the following characteristics:

Employees in our BDC will help us to discover new customers and generate methods to attract in market buyers into our dealerships utilizing both phone and internet strategies. The primary responsibility is contacting all leads from multiple sources and setting appointments with our clients. It is an integral part of our outstanding sales environment and automotive purchase process. You will be actively involved in assisting thousands of customers with their vehicle purchase and making sure they have the most enjoyable car buying experience they will ever have.
A strong background in both customer service and sales is desired, however, you will not be required to assist or meet customer upon arrival to the dealership. This is not a car sales position and you will communicate with customers through email, phone and instant message contact methods.
